A brand hands over its packaging only to a manufacturer it trusts completely. Sixty-two years of earning that trust. Two furnaces running around the clock. Containers from a 10 ml vial to a 2.5 litre jar, for liquor, pharma, food, beverages and personal care.
At Stirr Studio, we believe the most meaningful partnerships are built with organisations that have a strong story, a clear purpose and the ambition to keep growing. Haldyn Glass is one such organisation, and it gives us real pride to place this proposal in front of you.
The digital landscape is changing quickly. Search is no longer only about rankings on Google — it is about how a company is represented, recognised and discovered across search engines, digital platforms and, increasingly, AI-powered search experiences.
A buyer who has worked with Haldyn already knows your capability. A buyer who has not — searching online today — does not find it. That is what this audit addresses. It is a gap in visibility, not in capability, and those are the easier kind to close.
We would be proud to build something meaningful with you.
Haldyn Glass melts 450 tonnes of glass a day and makes 1.5 million containers. But a buyer searching online for a glass bottle supplier will not find you. We checked. This report explains why, in plain language, and what we propose to do about it.
You have spent sixty years building a reputation that works by word of mouth, phone calls and references. That still works. What has changed is that new buyers now start on Google — and there, you are effectively not present.
Think of this the way you would think of a plant audit. We inspected the website the way an inspector walks a line: what is installed, what is running, what is producing, and what is sitting idle.
We found the equivalent of a plant where most machines are switched off, the ones running have no labels, and the front gate has the wrong address on it.
Google is a giant catalogue of businesses. Your entry in that catalogue is incomplete, partly wrong, and filed under the wrong section. This is fixable. Most of it is fixable quickly.
This is the actual result when "Haldyn Glass" is typed into Google. Your own website is the seventh result.
Investors and buyers are different people looking for different things. Right now the internet treats Haldyn Glass as a stock to trade, not as a manufacturer to buy from.
We ran three searches that a real buyer would type. Haldyn Glass did not appear in any of them.
| What the buyer types | Who they find instead | Haldyn |
|---|---|---|
| glass bottle manufacturers in India | IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and blog articles written by traders | Not found |
| amber glass bottle manufacturer pharma India | IndiaMART, small traders, resellers | Not found |
| glass bottle manufacturer Vadodara | Directory websites listing other suppliers | Not found |
The third search is for a glass bottle manufacturer in Vadodara — the district where your plant is. Your own factory does not come up. Trading websites do, and some of them are listing your company's details, entered by someone else.
We found seventeen separate issues. They group into seven problems. Red means it is costing you enquiries today.
Liquor bottles, food and beverage, pharma, personal care and coloured glass all sit on a single page. A buyer searching specifically for amber pharma bottles has nothing to land on.
Product details are in downloadable PDFs rather than on the website itself. Google largely ignores these, and AI tools like ChatGPT almost never quote from them. Your most valuable information is the least visible.
Each page needs a short title and description telling Google what it is. Yours say only "Products – Haldyn Glass" and "About HGL – Haldyn Glass". No mention of glass bottles, containers, packaging, or India. None of your pages have a description at all.
Different websites list you as Haldyn Glass Limited, Haldyn Glass Gujarat Limited and Haldyn Heinz Fine Glass — across Vadodara, Mumbai, Goregaon and Kosamba. You also have two separate LinkedIn company pages. One trade directory shows your address with corrupted text in it.
Of 41 pages, roughly 28 are investor and compliance pages — shareholding patterns, board committees, credit ratings. Only six pages do any selling. Those compliance pages are legally required, and they should stay. But they currently outnumber your sales pages five to one.
Three news items, your policy page and your terms page each exist at two different web addresses. When Google sees the same page twice, it cannot decide which one counts, so both get weakened.
Six articles exist, all about internal events — an employee meet, a yoga day. Nothing helps a buyer decide anything. Google treats a site that never updates as a site that is no longer active.
Twelve months of work, in four stages. Every task below is carried out by Stirr Studio unless marked otherwise.
| Stage | What we do | What you receive |
|---|---|---|
| Month 1 Inspection | Full website inspection using your own Google account data. We measure where you stand today so improvement can be proved later. | Written audit and a baseline record of your current position |
| Month 1 | Find out what buyers search for. We research the exact words used by people buying glass packaging, and how many search each month. | Search demand report |
| Month 1 | Study competitors. Who is winning these searches and why. | Competitor comparison |
| Month 1 | List every place online showing wrong information about Haldyn Glass. | Correction list, site by site |
| Month 1 Repairs | Write proper titles and descriptions for all 41 pages and put them live. | All pages correctly labelled |
| Month 1 | Clean up the website: remove duplicate pages, fix the site index Google reads, add descriptions to images, add code that tells Google your company details. | Clean, correctly indexed website |
| Months 2–3 Content | Write 17 new pages — 10 product pages, 5 industry pages, 2 plant pages. Fully written, with headings and specifications ready. | 17 finished pages, ready to publish (published by your web team — see note below) |
| Months 2–3 | Move catalogue content out of PDFs and into readable website text. PDFs stay available for download. | Product details Google can read |
| Months 2–6 Identity | Fix your identity online. One company name, one address format, everywhere. Merge the duplicate LinkedIn page. Correct every directory listing. Claim your Google listing for both locations. | Consistent, correct company information across the internet |
| Every month Growth | Write and publish 2 articles that help buyers decide — for example, choosing between amber and flint glass, or packaging standards for pharma bottles. | 24 articles over the year |
| Every month | Improve pages that are close to ranking. Pages sitting just below the first page get rewritten to push them up. | Steady ranking improvement |
| Every month | Check AI tools. We ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI whether they name Haldyn Glass, and track whether that improves. | AI visibility record |
| Every month | Report and review call. What moved, what we did, what is next. | Monthly report and a call |
We write these pages in full and hand them over ready to publish. Putting them onto the website is done by your existing web team or web vendor. Rankings for product searches depend on these pages going live — we would ask that they are published within 30 days of delivery.
All tool costs are included in the monthly fee. Nothing further is charged to Haldyn Glass.

| What | Why | When |
|---|---|---|
| Google Search Console and Analytics access | Without your own Google data we are guessing rather than measuring | Week 1 |
| WordPress login | To make the corrections to your existing pages | Week 1 |
| One decision: which company name is the public one | We cannot fix the confusion online until this is settled internally | Week 2 |
| Logins for IndiaMART, LinkedIn and trade directories | To correct wrong listings directly rather than by request | Week 2 |
| Product specifications — sizes, capacities, neck finishes, minimum order quantities, lead times | This is the substance of the 17 new pages | Week 3 |
| One clear priority: export enquiries, domestic contracts, or both | The whole strategy points in a different direction depending on the answer | Week 1 |
All findings come from inspecting your public website, its site index, and live Google searches carried out in September 2026. Search results vary slightly by location and over time. Once we have access to your Google Search Console, several estimates in this report will be replaced with exact figures.
